Modraは、ライブチャットの可視化および分析機能を提供するためにYouTube APIを利用しています。Modraを使用することにより、お客様はYouTube利用規約に同意するものとします。Modraは独立したアプリケーションであり、GoogleまたはYouTubeが承認または提携するものではありません。
Modra utilizes the YouTube API to provide live chat visualization and analysis features. By using Modra, you are agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Modra is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or YouTube.
Some features of Modra rely on third-party services, including YouTube API Services.
Availability of features may change depending on YouTube platform limitations or quota restrictions.

Modra is a real-time visualization dashboard that connects to your YouTube Live chat via the Official YouTube Data API v3. It visualizes live chat activity and provides audience engagement analytics. Modra does not perform autonomous actions. All interactions require explicit user approval and manual operation.
お客様は、ご自身のYouTubeチャンネルの活動およびコンテンツについて引き続き単独で責任を負うものとします。Modraはライブチャットアクティビティの可視化情報を提供しますが、その完全性または正確性を保証するものではありません。Modra内で実行されるすべてのユーザー操作は、実行前にユーザー自身による確認と承認を必要とします。ユーザーは、連携されたYouTubeアカウントを通じて行われたアクションに対して単独で責任を負います。
You remain solely responsible for the activity and content of your YouTube channel. Modra provides live chat visualization and audience engagement analytics, but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. All user-initiated interactions within Modra require explicit user review and approval before execution. Users are solely responsible for actions taken through their connected YouTube account.
Modra内で認可されたYouTube API機能を利用するために、Google OAuthによる認証が必要です。このアクセスは、Googleのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消すことができます。当サービスはGoogleのパスワードを保存しません。お客様は、Modraアカウントのセキュリティを維持し、アカウント認証情報を他者と共有しないことに同意するものとします。
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to access authorized YouTube API features within Modra. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Security settings. We never store your Google passwords. You agree to keep your Modra account secure and not to share your account credentials.
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Modraは、サービスの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害（利益、データ、または信用の喪失を含む）について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
当サービスは、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトに新しい規約を掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新することによってお知らせいたします。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
