By accessing or using Modra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
Modraは、チャットモデレーションサービスを提供するためにYouTube APIを利用しています。Modraを使用することにより、お客様はYouTube利用規約に同意するものとします。Modraは独立したアプリケーションであり、GoogleまたはYouTubeが承認または提携するものではありません。
Modra utilizes the YouTube API to provide chat moderation services. By using Modra, you are agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Modra is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google or YouTube.
Modraは、YouTubeライブチャットに接続するAI搭載のモデレーションツールです。「10の禁忌（ルール）」マトリクスに基づいてメッセージを分析し、潜在的に有害または不要な行動を検出します。設定に応じて、お客様に代わってメッセージの削除やユーザーのBANなどのモデレーション操作を自動化します。
Modra is an AI-powered moderation tool that connects to your YouTube Live chat. It analyzes messages to detect potentially abusive or unwanted behavior according to our '10 Rules' matrix, and automates moderation actions such as deleting messages or banning users on your behalf.
お客様は、ご自身のYouTubeチャンネルの活動およびコンテンツについて引き続き単独で責任を負うものとします。Modraは悪意ある意図を正確に検出するよう努めていますが、100%の精度を保証するものではありません。自動化されたシステムによって実行されるモデレーション操作の確認および管理は、お客様の責任において行っていただきます。
You remain solely responsible for the activity and content of your YouTube channel. While Modra strives to accurately detect malicious intent, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and managing the moderation actions taken by our automated system.
Modraがお客様に代わって操作を行えるようにするには、Google OAuthを通じて認証する必要があります。このアクセスは、Googleのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消すことができます。当サービスはGoogleのパスワードを保存しません。お客様は、Modraアカウントのセキュリティを維持し、アカウント認証情報を他者と共有しないことに同意するものとします。
You must authenticate via Google OAuth to allow Modra to act on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Security settings. We never store your Google passwords. You agree to keep your Modra account secure and not to share your account credentials.
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Modraは、サービスの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害（利益、データまたは信用の喪失を含む）について、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
当サービスは、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトに新しい規約を掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新することによりお知らせいたします。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date.
