Modra（以下「当サービス」）は、お客様のプライバシーを保護することに全力で取り組んでいます。本プライバシーポリシーは、当サービスのWebサイトおよびModra AIモデレーションアプリケーションにおいて、お客様の個人情報がどのように収集、使用、開示されるかを説明するものです。

Modra ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Modra. This policy applies to our website and the Modra AI moderation application.

2. データ収集とYouTube APIサービス / Data Collection & YouTube API Services

Modraは、YouTubeライブ配信のためのAI搭載モデレーションを提供します。このサービスの提供にあたり、YouTube APIサービスを利用します。お客様がYouTubeチャンネルをModraに接続することにより、お客様のデータが本ポリシーに従って取り扱われることに同意したものとみなされます。

Googleプライバシーポリシー：当アプリケーションはYouTube APIサービスを使用しています。当サービスをご利用になることにより、お客様はYouTube利用規約およびGoogleプライバシーポリシーに拘束されることに同意するものとします。

Modra provides AI-powered moderation for YouTube live streams. To provide this service, we utilize YouTube API Services. By authenticating your YouTube channel with Modra, you acknowledge and agree that your data is handled in accordance with this policy.

Google Privacy Policy: Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. 収集する情報 / What Information We Collect

認証データ：YouTubeアカウントを接続する際、お客様に代わってライブチャットデータにアクセスするためのOAuthトークンを取得します。Googleアカウントのパスワードは保存しません。
ライブチャットデータ：配信中のライブチャットメッセージにアクセスし、読み取り、「10の禁忌（ルール）」に基づいて分析します。
モデレーションログ：モデレーション操作に関するメタデータ（例：メッセージID、タイムスタンプ、削除されたメッセージのユーザーID）を一時的に保存し、監査証跡の提供およびAIの精度向上に利用します。

Authentication Data: When you connect your YouTube account, we collect OAuth tokens to access your live chat data on your behalf. We do not store your Google account password.
Live Chat Data: We access, read, and analyze live chat messages during your active streams to evaluate them against our "10 Rules" of moderation.
Moderation Logs: We temporarily store metadata related to moderated actions (e.g., message IDs, timestamps, user IDs of removed messages) to provide you with an audit trail and improve our AI accuracy.

4. 情報の利用と共有 / How We Use and Share Information

収集した情報は、AIモデレーションサービスの提供、維持、改善の目的でのみ使用します。具体的には：

ライブチャットの有害性と違反をリアルタイムで監視するため。
ユーザーが設定したルールに基づき、YouTube API経由でメッセージの削除またはユーザーのBAN命令を実行するため。

お客様の個人データを販売することは一切ありません。ModraによるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用および転送は、Google APIサービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（制限付き使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。

We use the collected information strictly for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our AI moderation services. Specifically:

To monitor live chats for toxicity and violations in real-time.
To execute deletion or ban commands via the YouTube API based on user-defined configurations.

We do not sell your personal data. Modra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. データの保持と削除 / Data Retention & Deletion

ルールに違反しないライブチャットメッセージは、メモリ上で処理され、即座に破棄されます。モデレーション操作につながったメッセージは、配信者に履歴監査を提供するために必要な期間のみ保存され、ユーザーの要請またはアカウントの終了時に削除されます。

アクセスの取り消し：Googleセキュリティ設定ページから、いつでもModraのYouTubeデータへのアクセスを取り消すことができます。取り消し時、当サービスはただちにデータへのアクセスを停止し、既存のアクティブなトークンを削除します。

Live chat messages that do not violate rules are processed in-memory and immediately discarded. Chat messages that result in moderation actions are stored only as necessary to provide historical audits for the streamer, and are deleted upon user request or account termination.

Revoking Access: You can revoke Modra's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Security Settings page. Upon revocation, we will immediately cease access to your data and delete existing active tokens.

5. Google APIサービスの限定的利用 / Google API Services: Limited Use Disclosure

⚠ 重要：Google API サービスユーザーデータポリシーへの準拠

Modraは、Google APIサービスから受信した情報の使用および他のアプリケーションへの転送について、Google APIサービスユーザーデータに関するポリシーに準拠します。これには「限定的利用（Limited Use）」の要件が含まれます。

具体的に、Modraは：

Google APIサービスから取得したデータへのアクセス、使用、保存、または共有を、ユーザーに対してアプリ内で表示されている承認済みの機能を提供するために必要な場合に限定します。
Google APIサービスから取得したデータを、広告配信（パーソナライズ広告およびリターゲティング広告を含む）のために使用または転送しません。
Google APIサービスから取得したデータを、信用力の判定、融資の可否判断のために使用または転送しません。
ユーザーの明示的な同意がない限り、Google APIサービスから取得したデータを第三者に転送しません。

⚠ IMPORTANT: Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Modra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Modra:

Limits its use of data received from Google API Services to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
Does not use or transfer data received from Google API Services for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
Does not use or transfer data received from Google API Services to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Does not transfer data received from Google API Services to any third party without the user's explicit, informed consent.

6. データの独立性とプラットフォーム分離 / Data Independence & Platform Isolation

YouTube APIから取得したデータは、本サービスのYouTubeモデレーション機能のためにのみ使用され、他のプラットフォーム（Twitch、TikTok等）や第三者のサービスと共有・統合されることはありません。

Modraのアーキテクチャは、各プラットフォームのデータを完全に分離するモジュール設計を採用しています。YouTubeのユーザーデータは、YouTube専用のサービスモジュール内でのみ処理され、他のいかなるモジュールやサービスにも渡されません。

Data obtained from YouTube API Services is used exclusively for Modra's YouTube moderation features and is never shared, combined, or integrated with any other platform (such as Twitch or TikTok) or third-party service.

Modra's architecture employs a modular design that completely isolates each platform's data. YouTube user data is processed exclusively within the YouTube-specific service module and is never passed to any other module or service.
